We are looking for like-minded Entrepreneurial Operators to join our Ninja Warrior family, in association with ITV, to operate your own Ninja Warrior Adventure Park FEC (Family Entertainment Centre) under licence from ITV.
We are offering a limited number of Exclusive territories across the UK where we will provide property options and searched and can negotiate to get the best deal and keep fixed costs at a minimum.
So far nineteen Ninja Warrior Adventure Parks have opened their doors to great acclaim and huge success with more in the pipeline. We are looking to expand to 25 locations across the UK
Fit Out and Build Contributions are available. Due to the Ninja Warrior brand and the success of trading FEC’s, we are in a uniquely strong position and find Landlords are willing to offer large contributions towards the build of the FEC as they generate substantial footfall for the locations.
Typical Landlord Contributions can range from £100k to £350k dependant on location and property. We are currently only targeting areas which have city centre or edge of city centre locations allowing easy access and vast footfall.
Our property partners work almost exclusively within the leisure sector and as such have exceptional relationships in the industry to achieve the best deals.
Exclusive Partners
Innovation Leisure are exclusive partners to ITV and provide a Full Turn-Key build of each park including all ancillary facilities, CCTV, Electric etc. Innovation have built over 90 FEC’s over the last 5 years across the world.
TV Advertising
TV Advertising to support the venues is provided by ITV. £40,000 worth of “TV time” is provided to each FEC which runs over a number of campaigns and targets all suitable demographics in the region the FEC is based.
Service & Support
Full service and support is provided by Innovation, ITV and their partners. Advice and support on all aspects of the business is made available and a support contract is in place to ensure the smooth running of each FEC.
Investment
A Typical Total Investment of £650-750k (less the Landlord Contribution) is expected. Normal Trading EBITDA figures are in the region of £600-£700k p/a and even with Covid Restrictions in place we are still seeing returns of between 40-60% of this value pro-rata.
A Minimum liquid cash requirement of £150k is also expected which will cover the ITV Licence, Rent Deposits and allows for Cashflow for opening the FEC.
Training
Introductory Training, HR and H&S Support is provided. Innovation and ITV have several partners in this area who can advise and guide your business to ensure you meet the required guidelines in all aspects.
Merchandise
Merchandise is provided by an ITV approved partner who will provide Socks, Gloves and headbands. Merchandise equates to c10% of revenues and so is hugely important to the profitability of the FEC.
F&B Supplied
F&B Supplied with National Discounts from Brakes. In addition by using a large provider, it secures your allergen and kitchen stock selections and streamlines the menu offering into a manageable and profitable part of the business. The Café will account for almost 15% of revenues.
Insurance
FULL Insurance Provided below market rates via our National Provider. The policy represents the best cover at the best value in the industry and premiums will generally decrease upon each new operator becoming part of the policy.
Finance
Finance can be arranged upon request (subject to status). We can provide finance via several Asset Finance companies but this is normally limited to 60% of opening and build costs.
